[Case Study] Utilization of DX in Maintenance Sites Cloud 2-Year Recording
Introducing a case study on the promotion of DX (Digital Transformation) in the maintenance field at MRO Japan. Achieving improved maintenance quality with a wearable camera and cloud-based two-year recording system.
This document introduces a case study of on-site digital transformation (DX) at MRO Japan, a company specializing in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) related to aircraft maintenance and repair. MRO Japan has established a system to improve the quality of maintenance work by storing work videos shot by technicians using wearable cameras in a cloud system for two years and utilizing those videos. As a result, they have achieved improvements in two critical operational elements in aircraft maintenance: "enhanced maintenance quality" and "improved tool management." In this document, in addition to these effects, we provide detailed information about the cloud two-year recording system "Full Stack Camera" and the wearable camera "EW-1," so please feel free to download it.
